Ms. Barker is currently President of Leap Frog Group which provides technology for non-profit organizations since 1996. She started her career at IBM and spent over a decade as a Computer Scientist at a Stanford Research Institute (SRI) and has served on a number of international technical standards bodies. Ms. Barker has also served as marketing VP and other executive roles in established networking industry companies in Silicon Valley as well as founding several leading edge hardware and software companies.
In addition to her current work with Leap Frog, she is very actively involved in civic affairs, serves on various boards and promotes many grass roots causes via the use of technology.
