Johanna M. Lundgren, Esq., AICP is a Senior Assistant County Attorney with Hillsborough County, Florida. Previously, Ms. Lundgren was an associate attorney with the Firm of Weiss Serota Helfman Pastoriza Cole & Boniske, P.L., practicing land use law primarily on behalf of municipalities in southeast Florida.
Ms. Lundgren received her juris doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law, with honors, where she served as Managing Editor of the Law Review. She also received a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New Orleans. Following law school, Ms. Lundgren served as a law clerk for the Honorable Tucker L. Melancon of the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
Ms. Lundgren has drafted several sign codes on behalf of local government clients. She has been an active member of the Florida Chapter of the American Planning Association.
